Mubarak, Blair discuss pushing forward ME peace efforts

President Hosni Mubarak received yesterday British Prime Minister Tony Blair who is currently on a private holiday on the occasion of the New Year celebrations in the Egyptian Red Sea resort of Sharm EL-Sheikh.
The meeting, which extended over a working luncheon, reviewed the latest developments in the Palestinian question and efforts exerted to help the Palestinian side unite their ranks and abide by the roadmap commitments so as to set up an independent Palestinian State.
