Moussa: Time ripe for just settlement between Palestinians, Israelis

Arab League Secretary General Amr Moussa said Israel was offering "aspirin" (placebo) solutions, adding, there were very positive steps taken by the Arabs that needed an answer in kind from the side of Israel.
He added that time is ripe to take strides on the road of peace towards establishment of a Palestinian State.
