Benaissa in Tripoli to take part in UMA FMs meeting
Libya-Morocco, Politics, 12/20/2004
Moroccan Foreign Minister, Mohamed Benaissa, arrived Saturday in Tripoli to take part in a meeting of foreign ministers of the Maghreb Arab Union (UMA).
The foreign ministers meeting comes a week after Libya's decision to relinquish UMA chairmanship because of "repeated violations by some member countries of the Union founding treaty and of agreements concluded between member states."
