Syrian- Russian energy cooperation

Chairman Board and Director General of the Russian TechnoProm Export, Sergei Molozhavov, on Sunday stressed his country's interest in reactivating ties with Syria in the field of energy.
Molozhavov who is visiting Syria told SANA that his company has carried out several projects in Syria over the past years, particularly the Euphrates and Al-Baath Dams, Thermal Tishrin power plant and others. The Russian executive added that TechnoProm Export has also recently entered in a bid to build two key projects in Syria in the field of power.
