German officials and intellectuals want convergence with Syria

Mayor of the German city of Bonn underlined the significance of efforts exerted by the German- Syrian Friendship Society to make convergence and dialogue between the two peoples of Syria and Germany.
In a political and intellectual seminar held in the Syrian embassy in Bonn, Head of the Middle East Department at the German Ministry of Economy noted the steady development of trade and economic relations, hoping to upgrade them in the future in the two peoples interests.
