Climate Changes conference wrap up deliberations

The Climate Changes Conference on Friday concluded its deliberations in the Argentinean Capital of Buenos Aires.

The Conference urged all sides which didn't sign the Kyoto Protocol to join it.

It also called upon the industrial states to offer technical and financial aid to the states which are developing in the field of dealing with harmful gases emission that cause global warming.

It also recommended focusing on the renewed power projects that contribute to decrease the emission of harmful gases.

US. President's stance against Kyoto protocol was criticized by the participating parties.

The U.S. is accused of being responsible for the emission of 25% of the gases that cause global warming.
