Four Israeli soldiers killed, eight injured in Rafah explosion

Four Israeli soldiers were killed and other 8 injured while one was considered as missing in the explosion which took place on a tunnel under one Israeli military position in Rafah crossing yesterday evening.

Ezz Eddine al-Qassam group, the military wing of the Islamic Hamas movement claimed responsibility for the operation. Al-Qassam and Soqour Fatah said they dug a tunnel along a period of four months at a length of 600 meters in order to reach the Israeli point in the crossing.

At a time when news agencies announced the death of the two executors of the operation, news reports in Gaza quoted sources in al-Qassam groups as saying as confirming that one Palestinian was killed, Muhammad al-Agha from Khan Younis ( 20 year old) is from Fatah, while the other Palestinian who is from al-Qassam group was able to withdraw from the site of the operation immediately after the explosion carrying Israeli weapons with him.
