Sherif: Expanded conference by NDP and Opposition parties in January

Secretary-General of the National Democratic Party (NDP) Safawt al-Sherif said a conference would be held in January involving the NDP and Egyptian opposition parties, as part of a dialogue President Hosni Mubarak had called for.
Sherif's statements came during a meeting on Wednesday with Nation party leader Ahmed al-Sabahi and al-Geil (generation) party leader Nagui al-Shehabi as part of preparations for the expanded dialogue.
