London confirms the found body is not for Margaret Hassan

Escalation of military attacks continued in Iraq together with assaults targeting the American forces. In al-Teifeh town to the south of Baghdad several American soldiers and seven members of the Iraqi national guards were injured in a booby trapped car explosion at a checkpoint on one of the bridges in this area which is called the "triangle of death." The American army said that its continuous operations in the region resulted in arresting 210 armed suspects.

In another attack, three Iraqis were injured as a result of a booby trapped car explosion at Baghdad's international road when one American military vehicle was running on.

In Baqouba, Iraqi medical sources said that three Iraqi children were killed and other five injured all from one family when an unidentified shell fell at a residential area in al-Yarmouk quarters in the city which is situated to the north east of Baghdad.

Three Iraqis were injured in Karkouk when one explosive went off in Bajwan area to the west of the city, seemed to have had targeted one American military vehicle.

In a statement on the internet, a group calling itself "Sunni supporters" said it had killed three collaborators with the American forces after they were arrested on the road linking Baghdad and al-Ramadi.

In another development, the British foreign office announced that medical tests proved that the body found in Iraq two weeks ago is not for the head of the British Care Charity organization, Margaret Hassan. However, the foreign office still believes that Margaret was killed.
