Two Moroccan TV channels launch new satellite TV channel

The two Moroccan TV channels have worked together to launch a new satellite TV channel "Al Maghribya," on Thursday as Moroccans mark the independence day, it was officially announced in Rabat. The new channel will initially broadcast a selection of the best programs of the two channels, before producing its own programs.
Its first audience is the millions of Moroccans living in the four courners of the world: Arab world (through the Nilesat satellite), Europe (through the Hotbird satellite) and America (through the Telestar satellite).
