Christians in Syria felicitate Muslims on Eid Al-Fitr

Patriarch Gregarious the third Hakim, of Antioch and all the Orient for the Roman Catholics on Sunday directed a message of congratulations on the Eid El-Fitr ( the Muslim feast after fasting ) occasion.
He wished all the good to the Syrian people and the Arab people saying that our feasts as Muslims and Christian are joint feasts that strengthen our determination in our joint efforts to achieve justice, peace, freedom and dignity to our Arab homes particularly those in Palestine and the painful Iraq. On the other hand, Priest Peter Zaour, the spiritual leader of the National Anglican Church In Damascus presented Eid-Al-Fitr congratulations to Minister of Islamic Trusts or Awqaf Dr. Ziyad el-Din al-Ayoubi.
