In an interview given to Egyptian newspaper of ' al-Ahram' published Tuesday, Dakhlullah talked about the political situation in Syria before and after the Correctionist Movement, pointing out that Syria was an area of struggle for power, but later it became a main player in the region and one of the regional powers that no one can ignore.

The Minister stressed Syria's commitment to the national stance despite the current pressures and challenges, asserting his country's belief in the just and comprehensive peace as the only means to achieve stability in the Middle East.

He pointed out to the project to develop the information sector in Syria to match up with the latest developments in all domains.
