Qathafi receives Algerian foreign minister

"The Leader of the Revolution, Chairman of the Presidential Council of the Arab Maghreb Union received Thursday, Abdul Aziz Belkhadem, the Algerian Minister of Foreign Affairs as a personal envoy" from President Abdul Aziz Butaflika of Algeria "in connection with the progress of the Arab Maghreb Union," JANA reported yesterday.
