UNDP visits Egyptian National Human Rights Council

A United Nations Development Program delegation paid visit to the Egyptian National Human Rights Council on Tuesday. The delegation had talks with Ambassador Mokhles Qotb, the council secretary general, on implementing an agreement on cooperation between UNDP and the council.
The agreement underlined the need to cement the human rights principles and providing more information about human rights through setting up a data bank and an electronic library on human rights issues, said Ambassador Qotb after the meeting.
