Morocco-Algeria, Politics, 11/2/2004
King Mohammed VI of Morocco has wished a "common future" for the Maghreb in a congratulations message to President Abdelaziz Bouteflika on the occasion of Algeria's national day.
"Today, we badly need to raise a sincere maghreban awareness and make a link between the present and the glorious past to give history all its meaning and build a common future," for the benefit of stability and progress in the North African region of the Maghreb, the King said.
