Elyawer in Manama after Kuwait, no for attacking Falujja, Iran plays a negative role

The Iraqi President Ghazi Elyawer started yesterday an official two-day visit to Manama, coming from Kuwait where he had held "very good" talks, announcing his rejection for a military attack against Falluja and accusing Iran of playing "a negative role" in Iraq.
Meantime, the Iraqi prime minister Eyad Allawi started yesterday an official visit to Jordan during which he presides over, besides his Jordanian peer Faisal al-Fayez, works of the Jordanian- Iraqi committee which will be meeting tomorrow in Amman.
The Bahrain official news agency said that the crown prince in Bahrain Sheikh Salman Bin Hamad al-Khaleifa received the Iraqi President who was accompanied by an official delegation including in particular, the defense minister Hazem al-Shalaan and the minister of industry, youths, trade and transport.
The Iraqi ambassador in Manama Ghassan Mohsin said that " certain aspects of bilateral cooperation have actually started, especially training Iraqi banking personnel in the banking sector and training civil defense personnel and judges. There are prospects for co-operation in the health sector and there is a memorandum of understanding signed between the two countries to cooperate in the field of sports and youths." Elyawer concluded yesterday later in the day a historical visit to Kuwait lasted for three days in which the two states agreed to form joint committees to enhance bilateral cooperation.
In statement prior to leaving Kuwait, Elyawer said "the results are very good. there will be an intensive coordination between the two Iraqi and Kuwaiti people to raise the level of relations between the two countries." Meantime, the Jordanian official news agency Petra said yesterday that Allawi's visit lasts for several days during which he will presides with the prime minister Faisal al-Fayez the first session of the meetings of the joint Iraqi- Jordanian higher committee which starts deliberations tomorrow ( Wednesday). The spokeswoman for the Jordanian government Asma Khuder said that among the debated issues are " economic relations, financial aspects and the question of oil."
