Elyawer in Kuwait carrying the two files of compensations, debts
The Iraqi Interim President Ghazi Elyawer is to hold talks with the Amir of Kuwait, Sheikh Jabber al-Ahmad al-Sabah, and several government officials relating to economic and security issues and the borders. The talks will be concentrating on the two files of debts and compensations accumulated on Iraq as a result of its invasion of Kuwait in 1990.

Somalia: 100 persons killed in clashes between two areas
More than 100 persons were killed on Saturday in a fighting between Puntland and the other Somalian area that stands rival to it, known as the Republic of Somaliland, which accuses the leader of Puntland, who became the new President of Somalia, of launching a war against it.

The rig regarded one of the main components of the mega strategic West of Great Jamahiriya Gas Project," JANA said yesterday adding "through which 1000 million cubic feet of natural gas and nearly 65 thousand barrel of crude oil and densities would be produced daily."
