Spain's Cultural coalition with the Arab League

Spain's Foreign Minister Miguel Angel Moratinos on Wednesday announced before the Spanish Senate that the Spanish government has assigned him to present the project of establishing inter-cultural coalition to the Arab League.
Moratinos added the project was the one that Spain's Prime Minster Jose Luis Rodriguez Zapatero called for in his speech before the 59th session of the UN General Assembly last month in which he urged to build the inter-cultural alliance between the Western world and the Arab and Islamic world.
