More hostages being held

In the recent developments regarding the series of kidnappings in Iraq, one armed group kidnapped a Jordanian businessman named Ziad Jaber al-Refai and asked for a ransom of $ 150,000 for his release and threatened to kill him in case its demands are not met.
Meantime, the Jordanian daily al-Ghad said that the Jordanian driver Mahmoud Ismael Zeidan was kidnapped at the hand of an armed Iraqi group between Falluja city and al-Ramadi while he was transporting electrical equipment to one Iraqi importer.
Upon receiving these news, the Jordanian government recommended its citizens not to head to Iraq except in case of maximum need.
In another development, the Australian foreign minister Alexander Downer announced that one Australian journalist was released in Iraq unharmed after he was held as a hostage for 24 hours.
