Iran, Iraq announce the beginning of Ramadan today

The secretary of Ayatullah Ali Khameini in Lebanon announced yesterday that it was "legally" proved that today ( Saturday) is the first day of Ramadan.
Meantime, the office of the Shiite clergy in Iraq, Ayatullah Ali al-Seistani, announced that "as it is impossible to see the crescent today ( yesterday), Friday, tomorrow ( today) Saturday will be the first day in Ramadan."
