Chinese Ambassador in Beirut highlights relations with Arab states

The Chinese ambassador to Lebanon, Liu Xianghua, on Thursday stressed the importance of Arab-Chinese relations, and the necessity of enhancing them in all fields.
"The Chinese-Arab relations witnessed,this year, a new turning-point represented by the foundation of the Chinese-Arab Cooperation Assembly," the Chinese ambassador said in a celebration at the Chinese embassy in Beirut marking the Chinese National Day.
She added the Arab-Chinese relations are based on strengthening the political relations, mutual respect, and increasing the trade and economic exchange to enhance cooperation internationally, and to protect the world peace.
