Madrid highlights Morocco's will to solve Sahara conflict

Spanish Foreign Minister, Miguel Angel Moratinos, highlighted Monday Morocco's will to settle the Sahara conflict, pleading for the extension of the mandate of the UN Secretary General's Special Representative to enable him to find a political formula, acceptable by all parties.
Explaining before the Spanish Senate the policy of Prime Minister Jose Luis Rodriguez Zapatero regarding the Sahara, Moratinos said Morocco has shown will to solve this problem as it was underscored last week by king Mohammed VI in his speech before the UN General Assembly.
