al-Rai: Iraqi Minister describes talks with Syrians as positive; good

Iraqi Minister for National Security Affaires Qasem Dawod described the outcomes of the discussions of the Iraqi delegations that recently visited Syria as "positive and good." In a statement to Jordanian al-Rai newspaper published on Sunday, Dawod stressed that his country looks for establishing strong and distinguished relations with Iraq's neighboring countries.
He added that Iraq has chosen the option of peace and dialogue with its neighbors to reach the best level of relations in a way that strengthens economic cooperation between them.
