Al-Zarqawi group assassinates the second American hostage

An Islamic website on the Internet issued a statement for al-Tawhid Wal Jihad group which is led by Abu Musab al-Zarqawi in which it claimed responsibility for the killing of the second American hostage held by it after the end of the period of time set to respond to their demands to release Iraqi detained women. In the American jails in Iraq.
The statement read that the executed hostage is Jack Hensly which the group had kidnapped from his house in Baghdad last Thursday with the other American who was executed on Monday Eugene Armstrong and a third British.
In the same context, the American Central Intelligence Agency CIA accused al- Zarqawi of personally supervising the execution of Armstrong. It said that his voice was heard in the video tape pictures of the killing process.
The family of the British hostage Keneth Begly, who is still held by al-Zarqawi group extended a last appeal for his kidnappers to release him and called on the British prime minister Tony Blair to take measure that preserves the life of the hostage, This coincided with the announcement made by one Iraqi group to releasing a Turkish truck driver held since August 6th.
A Turkish contracting company announced freezing its activities in Iraq following the kidnapping of 10 of its workers there. The company appealed scholars and tribal leaders in Iraq to interfere to release them.
Meantime and in the recent wave of acts of violence, the American forces announced the killing of two of its Marines in two separate attacks by gunmen in al-Anbar province to the west of Baghdad.
The statement explained that one of the troops was killed on Monday and another died because of his wounds he had during an armed clashes.
On Monday four American soldiers were injured when a booby trapped car went off in one American vehicle on the highway to Baghdad's airport. The attack resulted in burning two armored vehicles.
On the other hand, the Muslim scholars commission in Iraq announced that the Iraqi national guards forces supported by members of the multi national forces broke into two offices for the commission and the Iraqi Islamic party in Babel governorate.
The media official in the commission Muthanna Hareth al-Dari said that the national guards supported by Ukraine and Polish forces broke into the two offices in Jableh area and detained 6 persons.
He added that these forces broke into the house of member of the mission Hussein Ali Mansour in the same area and detained his father.
Al-Dari considered that the campaign launched against the commission comes in the framework of puttting pressure against the occupation opposition forces, especially the Muslim scholars commission.
In Najaf, the American forces detained two of the main aides of the Shiite leader Muqtada al-Sader, Ahmad al-Sheibani and Husam Musawi with other several persons, in a breaking in operation of al-Shaheed al-Sader office in al-Najf city.
