Two members of al-Qassam group killed in an Israeli raid against Gaza
Palestine-Israel, Military, 9/21/2004

Two Palestinians were killed and many others injured in an Israeli raid against a car carrying members in Ezz Eddine al-Qassam group, the military wing of the Islamic resistance Movement Hamas in Gaza on Monday evening.

A medical source in al-Shefaa hospital in Gaza said that the two killed men were Nabil al-Saedi ( 34 year old) and Rabah Zaqout ( 34 year old) from al-Breij camp for the Palestinian refugees in Gaza. The source also said that 8 injured people at least arrived in the hospital.

The Israeli occupation forces killed one Palestinian civilian while walking near a Jewish settlement to the southern east of Deir al-Balah city in the downtown of Gaza.

Hamas vowed to revenge Israel's assassination of the field leader of al-Qassam group in Gaza, Khaled Abu Saleimah, and promised in a statement to continue its " operations against Israeli targets."

On the other hand, al-Qassam group announced in a statement its responsibility for bombarding Sdeirout city inside the green line by al-Qassam missiles, stressing that it also bombarded Natsareim settlement to the south of Gaza near Rafah by three mortars.
