New siege on Jenin, one Palestinian official kidnapped in Gaza

Witnesses said that gunmen kidnapped a high ranking official of the Palestinian security department yesterday. The witnesses said the attackers cordoned the car of the chairman of the audition and inspection department at the Palestinian general security leadership Col. Muhammad al-Batrwai and forced him to their car and took him to an unidentified destination. News reports said that the gunmen are still besieging his office.

In the West Bank thousands of Palestinians eulogized in Nablus yesterday 6 Palestinians including a girl killed by the Israeli occupation forces in its military operation in the city of Wednesday.

The procession of the funeral started from Rafidia hospital in Nablus and took several streets in the city before it had stopped in al-Shuhadaa (martyrs) squares for prayers on the souls of the killed Palestinians. The eulogizers chanted slogans calling for revenge while bullets were fired in the air.

Four Palestinians, members of al-Aqsa groups of the Palestinian national liberation movement (Fatah) were killed in clashes with the special forces of the Israeli naval forces which besieged a building they were fortifying in the old town.
