Foundation stone for Aramaic Language Learning Institute

The foundation stone of the institute for learning Aramaic language in Maaloula was laid yesterday.
The participants in the inauguration ceremony spoke of the importance of Aramaic language and its dissemination throughout history.
They also highlighted Syria as a cradle of civilizations and the land of religions co-existence.
Later, the Damascus countryside governor handed certificates to the 78 graduates from learning the Aramaic language.
