ad-Dustour: Iraqi defense minister: relations with Syria are good

Iraqi Minister of Defense Hazem al-Shaalan has described the Syrian-Iraqi relations as good, expressing appreciation over Syria's positive stance towards Iraq.
In a statement to Jordanian ad-Dustour newspaper published on Sunday, al-Shaalan said " We held successful and positive talks with the Syrian officials and we touched on the Syrians desire to establish positive cooperation between the two countries."
