Erbakan deplores Israeli plots against Al-Aqsa Mosque
Turkey-Palestine, Politics, 9/13/2004
Former Leader of the Turkish Welfare Party, Necmettin Erbakan, stressed that Israel is planning to pull down al-Aqsa mosque and replaces it with the so-called Temple of Suleiman as part of a wider plot to create "Greater Israel."
Erbakan told members of his Party Saturday that Israel is exploiting all material means in the world, media, technology and all political parties and regimes as a tool in its hands in order to achieve its pursued aim.
The Turkish politician added that world Zionism is the party which lead the world, describing America as a tool in the hands of Israel to fulfill its plots in the region.
Acting President of the Welfare Party Rajai Kotan held Israel responsible for train accidents which took place in Turkey last month, indicating that Israel hands had a big role in several acts of terrorism in Turkey over the past few years to destabilize the country.
