Islam does not accept aggression on innocent al-Azhar Grand Imam

Al-Azhar Grand Imam Mohamed Sayyed Tantawi stressed that aggression on the innocent is not accepted by the Islamic Sharia.
During his visit with Minister of Awkaf, Hamdi Zaqzouq, and the Mufti of the republic, Ali Goma'a, to Al-Sharkia governorate on the occasion of its national day, al-Azhar Grand Imam dismissed what was said on suspending the establishment of new religious institutes or changing the religious syllabi of al- Azhar.
