Egypt discusses preparation for Arab telecom, IT conference

Egypt's Prime Minister Ahmed Nazif conferred Thursday with chairman of Egypt's International Economic Forum Shafiq Gabr on preparations for the Arab conference on telecommunications and information technology (IT).
Following the meeting, cabinet Radi said the conference will discuss investment in the domains with contributions from the public and private sectors. The conference which will be opened by Nazif on Monday, will discuss the use of technology in developing Arab human skills through development of education and boosting cooperation among communication sectors in the Arab states, Radi added.
