Egyptian Foreign Minister statement on Darfur

Egyptian Foreign Minister Ahmad Abul Gheit on Sunday stressed that there are factions inside the U.S. that exert pressures regarding Darfur crisis in Sudan. In a statement issued today, Abul Gheit expressed hope that the situation in Darfur will be improved before the UN Secretary General submits his report to the Security Council, pointing out that the human situation is witnessing a remarkable improvement.
