Slaughtering an Egyptian in Iraq
Iraq-Egypt, Politics, 8/11/2004
An Islamic site on the Internet yesterday screened a video tape showing the group of " al-Tawhid Wal Jihad" led by Abu Musab al-Zarqawi of executing a man described as " an Egyptian spy " working for the American forces in Iraq.
The tape showed shots for the Egyptian man while mentioning his name Muhammad Mutwalli, and that he had helped the American forces in directing its attacks against the resistance men. The man said he worked as a spy for the Americans and that the American planes used to strike targets he had appointed.
The man added " my name is Muhammad Fawzi Abdul Al Mutwalli from Egypt, Daqahliyat al-Sinblawin. I was working as a spy for the American inside Iraq." He added that he threw objects on the Iraqi Mujahidin and citizens that would identify them to the US army to be attacked, and he got paid 150 dollars for every object. Then, in the same tape, veiled men pushed him down to earth and slaughtered him by knife.
