Europe: no evidence on the misuse of aid money by Palestinians

The corruption fighting office of the European Union ( OLAF) said yesterday it did not find an evidence to that the EU aid to the Palestinian authority were used in financing illegitimate activities like terrorism.
In a statement, the office said " up to date, there is no evidence that sums from the European Union offered from the direct budget to the Palestinian Authority were used in financing illegitimate activities including terrorism." OLAF's statement added that this is preliminary assessment and its investigations in the use of these sums are still continuous.
