Cincinnati tennis tournament: Morocco's Arazi cruises to 2nd round

Morocco's tennisman Hicham Arazi cruised Tuesday to the second round of the $2.45 million Cincinnati tennis tournament, after US Vince Spadea gave up 9 games into the third set (6-7 (3/7), 7-5 and 5-3).
Morocco's top tennisman, Younes El Aynaoui, was rolled out at the first round after losing to Britain's Tim Henman in two sets (6-1, 6-0).
