First Syrian prisoner released
News reports in Damascus said that the Syrian authorities released on Tuesday evening Imas Sheiha ( 51) year old, the oldest political prisoner in the Syrian jails after he had spent 30 years in prison after he was convicted of belonging to the Arab communist organization.
