British ambassador highlights Syrian-British Relations

British Ambassador to Syria William Ford described as excellent the Syrian-British relations, pointing out that the Syrian and the British stances have recently achieved a development towards some issues of mutual concern.

In an interview published Monday by the London-based ' Al-Sharq al-Awsat' newspaper, Ford said that the Syrian-European Association agreement may be signed late this summer.
