Israeli forces kill one woman, al-Aqsa groups reconcile with the intelligence
Palestine-Israel, Politics, 8/2/2004

The Israeli occupation forces on Sunday late evening killed one Palestinian woman during an incursion operation in the western side of Khan Younis to the south of Gaza before these forces withdrew later.

News reports said that the occupation forces demolishes 6 houses by bulldozers which were escorted by tanks and helicopters during the incursion process.

A security source said that several Israeli tanks and armored vehicles started the incursion operation amid intensive artillery bombardment and a cover of helicopters fired at the houses and this resulted in killing Mona Abu Sahloul ( 57 year old) while she was in her house by a tank bullet.

Meantime, sources at the Fatah movement stressed that a settlement was reached to end the crisis which broke the relations between al-Aqsa martyrs groups and the Palestinian intelligence but these sources did not disclose the nature of this settlement.

The commander of al-Aqsa martyrs groups in Jenin Zakaraya al-Zubeidi stressed that the burning of the intelligence headquarters in the city was a protest on the behaviors of certain official in the intelligence and not against the department itself.

In the context of the inter-Palestinian disputes, press reports said that the former Palestinian security affairs minister Muhammad Dahlan warned against what he described of an angry people's revolution in the Palestinian areas if the Palestinian President Yasser Arafat will not be able to implement the political reforms within 10 days.
