60% of the Bahraini boycott the American products

A field study conducted by the Arab center for food in Bahrain on boycotting the American food production in the Bahraini society said that 34% of the people in Bahrain boycott wholly, 36% partially, while 30% do not boycott these American products.

The study was carried out by the chairman of the Arab center for food Abdul Rahman Mseiqer, in collaboration with Nilla Jamal Bu Shaqer and Fatemah Youssef Najm of the Arab Gulf university. The study covered 588 persons aging between 20 to 80 year old including 46% men and 54 % women.

The study which was carried out in June said that there is no big difference in boycotting the American food production between men and women with 35% being male and 33% being female." The study showed that people who have secndary school education are more interested in the boycott ( 75%) and the study showed that married people ( 37%) are more committed to the boycott ( 24% are nor married.)
