King receives message from Libya's al-Qathafi

King Mohammed VI of Morocco on Thursday received a message from Libya's leader Muammar al-Qathafi.
The message was conveyed to the monarch by Secretary of the Libyan General Popular Committee of Foreign Relations and International Cooperation, Abderrahmane Cholghom.
