Morocco, Brazil probe South-South cooperation

Means to consolidate South-South cooperation tooped talks, here Thursday, of Moroccan Foreign Minister, Mohammed Benaissa, and Director General of International Cooperation at the Brazilian Foreign Ministry, Lauro Barbosa Morera.
The meeting also examined means to reinforce bilateral relations, Benaissa told MAP following the encounter.
The Moroccan minister stressed that South-South cooperation will enable countries of the South to get involved in the globalisation process and contribute to the consolidation of north-south cooperation.
The two officials also reviewed potential sectors where cooperation could be reinforced between the two countries. The upcoming summit, to gather Arab and Latin-American heads-of-state next spring in Brasilia, was also raised at the meeting.
