Call for cancelling third word countries' debts

Participants in a regional meeting, in Rabat Wednesday, marking the release of a report on the Millennium Developmental Objectives (MDO) in the Arab states, have called for the cancellation of third word countries debts, the launch of both political and administrative reforms and for the revision of law with the aim to achieve global development.
Participants in the three-day meeting organized by the House of Representatives and the High Commissioner for Planning in partnership with the United Nations Development Program (UNDP), consider that the achievement of the development objectives goes through the introduction of political reforms, fair and transparent elections paving the way for the establishment of credible institutions, the consolidation of Human Rights, the respect of public liberties and the insertion of women in the development process.
Participants also called for administrative reforms through a good management of State's revenues, the moralization of public life and the revision of laws' amendments aiming at giving more freedom to women.
