Mrs. Mubarak wins certificate of appreciation

Egypt's First Lady Suzanne Mubarak, head of the National Council for Women, won a certificate of appreciation from the united Nations in appreciation of her role in upgrading the role of women in the various domains.
Mervat Tallawi, the Executive Secretary-General of the Economic and Social Commission of Western Asia (ESCWA) said during the inauguration of a regional Arab conference on women that granting Mrs. Mubarak the certificate came in appreciation of her role in establishing the Suzanne Mubarak International Women's Movement for Peace and Arab women organisations.
