Guatemala parliament fully supports Morocco over Sahara issue

Visiting Speaker of Guatemala's parliament, Rolando Morales Chavez, voiced Wednesday "full support" to Morocco's sovereignty over its southern provinces, known as Sahara, claimed by the Algeria-backed separatist movement Polisario.
Chavez, who had a meeting with secretary general of Morocco's foreign department, Rachad Bouhlal, said "Guatemala's parliament brings all its support and expresses its total solidarity with Morocco" on this issue.
