Pedestrians and motorcycles riders account for 50 percent of road accidents casualties in Morocco, according to the Minister Of Equipment and Transport.
Karim Ghellab revealed this figure at a press conference Tuesday, to mark the official launch of a new awareness campaign conducted nationwide by the National Committee of Road Accidents Prevention (CNPAC) that will target this time pedestrians and motorcycle riders.
