Moroccan and Spain air forces hold joint military exercises in southern Spain

The Moroccan and Spanish military air forces are conducting this June 29 through July 02 the bi-annual "Atlas 04" joint maneuvers that they have been holding since 1987 to appraise their operation capacities, the Spanish defense ministry announced.
The maneuvers are conducted alternately in Morocco and Spain by the two Mediterranean countries' air forces to test their planning, supervision and execution of air attacks, defense and rescue operations.
