Bush, Allawi congratulate Mubarak on success of slipped disc surgery

U.S. President George W. Bush and Iraq's interim Prime Minister Iyad Allawi separately telephoned President Hosni Mubarak on Tuesday to congratulate him on the success of a slipped disc surgery he underwent in Germany earlier this week.
