Washington renews warning its citizens to be cautious in Libya
Libya-USA, Politics, 6/30/2004

The US on Monday renewed warning to its citizens to be cautious during their travel to Libya, although the two countries had ended a diplomatic cessation lasted for 24 years after the opening of the American Liaison office in Tripoli.

In a statement, the US Department Of State called on its citizens to " be cautious " remarking that Libya is still on the list of terrorism supporting states. The statement said that " though Libya had alleviated it terrorism sponsored measures, yet it is still contacting some of its previous clients in the world of terrorism."
