Within several day, the Iraqi government will receive Saddam Hussein legally

CBS TV announced that the US will hand over the Iraqi toppled President Saddam Hussein to the Iraqi police, hand tightened.

The Iraqi national security advisor Muwaffaq al-Rubei said that two American soldiers will take Saddam "in a very short time " to hand him over to four Iraqi police men before he will be brought before a judge " who will issue a decision for his detention" and then will be sent back to his cell." However, the Iraqi provisional prime minister Eyad Allawi told the CNN that he expects the Iraqis to receive saddam Hussein by June 2nd or third.

The US secretary of state Colin Powell said in the same program that though Washington will put Saddam Hussein officially under the hands of the Iraqis, he will remain in the hand of the American forces for a longer time.
