Al-Baz Stresses that ME Peace is attainable by withdrawal of occupation forces

Egyptian President Political Advisor Ossama al-Baz Thursday said the just and comprehensive peace in the Middle East would not be achieved without the Israeli withdrawal from all occupied Arab lands, hoping the resumption of peace negotiations on the Syrian and Lebanese tracks.

Following a meeting with the Palestinian National Authority Premier Ahmad Qurei' in Cairo, Baz added that without moving on all peace tracks, Peace will remain unattainable.

He insisted Egypt's support to the Palestinian people in their legitimate fighting in order to restore their usurped rights.

He called on Israel to halt its repressive practices against Palestinian people and to halt all settlement buildings in the occupied Arab territories.
